Gloria’s Woolies by Grandma
So for anyone who doesn’t yet know, my mother (aka Grandma) crochets some lovely wool diaper covers for both of my babies. I had a photo-shoot with Gloria earlier today and got 3 different capris captured. As I take more pictures, I will add them here as well as make Daniel his own special post.

They look so much cuter with Gloria inside. They look a little bunchy in the front at the crotch. Did I make the crotch too long? or is it just the way the pictures look? I like the green top with the rainbow yarn ones. Look like they were made for each other.

They seem a little big in the front on her…this month. It’s almost like the crotch extends just a tad too far forward. BUT I bet that she will grow into them just fine! I don’t notice it with the rainbow ones and since I spend most of my time looking DOWN on her, I don’t really notice it with the others either.

I think it is because I crocheted the crotch on the back and fastened it to the front. I usually crochet it on the front and attach it to the back. It is smoother in the front that way. I didn’t know it would show. I will be more careful in future and I am sure that as she grows it will resolve itself.
